Isabel Tapp is a highly respected strategic communications advisor with more than 35 years of international experience guiding luxury hospitality, travel, tourism, real estate, and lifestyle brands through moments of growth, visibility, and transformation. Having spent over 25 years in the Gulf region, she is widely recognized for her expertise in market entry, reputation management, and corporate storytelling at the highest level.

Isabel began her career in Europe with leading hotel groups including Rocco Forte Hotels and Corinthia Hotels before relocating to Dubai at the invitation of Jumeirah Group. There, she established and led the group’s global Communications & PR function and played a pivotal role in launching the iconic Burj Al Arab—helping position both the property and the city itself as global symbols of modern luxury.

In 2005, Isabel founded AllDetails, a Dubai-based boutique communications consultancy specializing in luxury segments. Under her leadership, the firm has partnered with some of the world’s most prestigious brands, including Mandarin Oriental, Banyan Group, The Chedi, St. Regis, and Oberoi, as well as major destinations such as Visit Britain and the Vienna Tourist Board. In addition to her consultancy work, Isabel serves as a certified Advisory Board Chair, mentors executive leadership teams, and advises boards, governments, destinations, and private-sector leaders on strategic communications, positioning, and reputation.
