Previously, Maz served as CEO of Lalique Americas, where he played a pivotal role in redefining the brand’s global strategy. Under his leadership, Lalique evolved from a storied heritage brand into a modern luxury lifestyle icon, expanding into six pillars: crystal, interiors and architecture, jewelry, fragrance, art, and hospitality — combining disruptive innovation with Lalique’s artisanal roots while opening new creative avenues through collaborations with world-renowned designers, artists, and luxury houses.

He began his career in luxury at CHANEL, where he spent five years as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Bourjois division, leading U.S. sales strategy, brand positioning, and market development.

In addition to his corporate work, Maz serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Luxury Education Foundation (LEF) — a nonprofit that partners with Columbia University to connect students with leaders in luxury business and design — where he has been actively involved since its inception in 2004.

Based in New York City, Maz spends significant time in Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America, bringing a global perspective to every engagement.
