With nearly two decades of experience leading luxury hospitality projects from concept through construction, Ana Ramirez, LEED AP, WELL AP, WITT AP, is an architect, entrepreneur, and international thought leader at the intersection of luxury hospitality, wellbeing, and the built environment. She specializes in creating environments that foster human restoration, emotional connection, and meaningful guest experiences.

As Founder and Principal of KALĀ Design Group and ANA Design Group, Ana leads two boutique studios dedicated to wellness luxury hospitality, regenerative tourism, and experiential design. She is also the visionary behind Ancestral Handmade Hotels, a regenerative hospitality brand that revives ancestral wisdom while preserving local culture and biodiversity through immersive destinations currently in development across Latin America.

A recognized advocate for the future of hospitality, Ana serves on the Standards Advisory Committee of the Wellness in Travel & Tourism (WITT) initiative and is an active contributor to the Wellness Architecture Initiative (WAI), helping advance conversations around wellbeing, regenerative design, and the future of emotionally restorative hospitality. Her portfolio includes collaborations with internationally renowned luxury hotel brands, where she integrates neuroscience, neuroaesthetics, sustainability, and human centered design to redefine how hospitality is experienced.
