Throughout her career, Afsi has guided teams to achieve and sustain multiple Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star ratings, reflecting a long-standing commitment to exceptional service and uncompromising quality.

Most recently, she has expanded her leadership into the casino industry, continuing to elevate hotel operations through talent development, service culture, financial stewardship, and strategic planning. She has assumed an enterprise-level role as Vice President of Operations Asset Management, overseeing a broader portfolio and supporting operational excellence across the organization.
